The woven polypropylene bag can be laminated internally or externally with a polypropylene coating to add a barrier against moisture and product leakage. This does not interfere with Easy-Open and Re-Closure options.
When exposed to sunlight, the bags can also be UV stabilized for longer life. (Note that UV stabilization improves the life cycle and performance of the bag when exposed to direct sunlight, but it does not make the bag sun-proof indefinitely).
A woven polypropylene bag is a type of packaging made from a durable and lightweight synthetic material called polypropylene. The fabric is woven using polypropylene strands, creating a strong and tear-resistant material that can be used to make bags, sacks, and other types of packaging.
Woven polypropylene bags are commonly used for the packaging of agricultural products, such as grains, potatoes, and vegetables, as well as for industrial products, like sand, cement, and chemicals. They are also used in the transportation and storage of goods, as they are designed to protect their contents from damage and contamination.
In terms of eco-friendliness, woven polypropylene bags are generally considered to be more sustainable than single-use plastic bags, as they are reusable and recyclable. However, like all synthetic materials, they are not biodegradable and can take hundreds of years to decompose in the environment. To reduce their environmental impact, it is recommended to reuse and recycle them whenever possible.
