We recently learned that a customer encountered serious problems with a tarpaulin order from a competitor. They were lured by a low price, and the factory ultimately took two months to complete production. Upon delivery, they discovered that the product was out of stock and not in the size they had originally agreed upon. The customer is currently considering legal action. Below is a transcript of my communication with this customer.
