After a relaxing and enjoyable Spring Festival holiday with our families over
the past two weeks, all employees of Jincang Plastic are pleased to
announce that we are officially resuming production today, February 26, 2026.
At the beginning of this Year of the Horse, "the horse symbolizes
diligence, strength, and indomitable vitality." We will provide you
with even better service with even greater enthusiasm.

now in operation, weaving high-quality polyethylene (PE) granules into the base
fabric. Through rigorous control of the weaving process, we ensure that the
fabric's tensile strength and weave density are perfect from the very first
yarn.
2. Coating (Protection): Untreated fabric is just a piece of cloth; we
transform it into a strong barrier. Our advanced laminating and coating
production lines are operating at full capacity, coating both sides of the
fabric with polyethylene (PE) of precise thickness. This process is crucial for
waterproofing, UV resistance, and durability. Because we control all processes
in-house, we can guarantee consistent coating weight and adhesion—no
outsourcing, consistent quality.
3. Precision Processing: We can reach your customize requirements such
as width, the distance of the eyelets, folding size, packaging quantity, or
carton and pallet packaging. Our production workers can reach your
specifications.
4. Container Loading (Delivery): We understand that the process of
delivering to your warehouse is just as important as the production process.
Our packaging workers focuses on ensuring your tarpaulin rolls are tightly
packed and securely secured, loading as much as possible into containers.
