Gerenally speaking finished size is client required size. For example size you need the tarpaulin size is 4x5m so the size will be 4x5m, so the cut size will be 4.15x5.1m, the cut size will be bigger than finished size. Because now the tarpaulin roll fabric width mainly is 2-2.1m, when we make to make your required width, we should use heat welding machine to fabricated the fabric. the welding width about 4-5cm. So it will have one welding place in the middle when we fabricated 2 fabric roll . It all have 2 welded (reforced edge) edge, So the width will shorter about 15cm.
Regarding the length, it only have 2 welded edge. it is about 10cm. So the finished size is smaller cut size.If you required size is cut size, the finished size will be shorter more than cut size.
